When attending a large and important event in Burbank and Los Angeles, the last thing you want to worry about after a long international flight is how you are going to get to your hotel. Year after year, John became a familiar and friendly face waiting for us at LAX, taking all the stress out of our arrival. He was always punctual, professional, and dependable.
John not only arranged our transport between LAX and our hotel but also organized trips to Disneyland and Universal Studios. Before every journey, he personally met with us to make sure everything was in place and ran smoothly.
